Millionaire for a Day Contest

Delta County Credit Union (DCCU) held its second annual “Millionaire for a Day” contest to celebrate National Credit Union Youth Week in April.Youth member, Emily Hossele of Escanaba, was randomly selected as the winner and was treated like a millionaire for a day.
A limousine was waiting outside Holy Name School to pick up Emily, along with two of her friends, mother, Tracy Hossele, and grandmother, Jeanne Hossele.Their first destination was the MIX 106 radio station for a live interview with Emily.The next stop was DCCU where Emily was given a grand welcome “red carpet” style by all the employees.Emily and her friends, Madelyn Cseter and Sarah Lippens, were presented gifts and then given a tour of the credit union.Afterwards they were treated to dinner at Hudson’s Classic Grill.
