UPDATE 7/13/20

Our commitment to our staff and members is stronger than ever!  With the health and safety of them in mind, as well as following state and local guidelines, mandates and the recent Executive Order requiring masks in public, we are requiring all of our members to wear a proper face covering while in our branches.

Very early on in the pandemic, our team was deemed Essential Workers. As such, they have been on the frontlines serving our members since COVID-19 became prevalent in early March. They have bravely carried out their duties to ensure our members could continue to cash their checks, pay their bills, get replacement debit and credit cards, make cash withdrawals and deposits, obtain loans, and keep our ATMs stocked with cash. Most importantly, they continue to be here to help those members who need loan payment deferments, assist local small businesses with the Payment Protection Program and other support due to layoffs and job loss.

As we continue to take the necessary precautions to ensure that both our staff and members remain safe. A few of the additional changes you may see include:

  • Plexi-glass barriers: Barriers have been placed in our teller line, member services area and offices.
  • Social Distancing: There are floor decals to identify the 6 foot recommended distance.
  • Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer has been placed throughout lobbies and offices to help the spread of germs.
  • Advanced Cleaning: Our cleaners are committed to doing the necessary measures to ensure that our buildings are cleaned every night. In addition to the nightly cleaning, our staff will be wiping down doorknobs and common surfaces as well as drive thru equipment regularly.

Thank you to all of our members, as well, for your patience and understanding as we transitioned through this unprecedented time. Together we will continue to get through this!

UPDATE: 06/15/2020

The lobbies at both our Escanaba and Wells Offices are open for limited services! We ask that during your visit you please wear a mask, practice social distancing, minimize touch, and be patient as we are sanitizing frequently. We are excited to see you!

EFFECTIVE: (03/19/2020)

In effort to help keep you and all of our staff safe during this time, we will be temporarily changing how we serve your financial needs. Please remain calm, as we will be with you every step of the way during these difficult times. Our drive-thru windows will remain open with normal hours at our Wells Office and extended hours at our Escanaba Office (8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.)  The inside lobbies at all locations will only be accessible by appointment and under special circumstances. Please remember that you can access your accounts via online banking, mobile banking using our  Mobile App, or by ATM at all locations. If you do need assistance or have any questions, we will remain available by phone at 906-786-7213. We appreciate and highly value your membership as we get through this!

While we continue to monitor the evolving global pandemic of the coronavirus (COVID-19), our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our community. Although immediate risk in our area is currently low, we want you to know that we are taking preventative measures and planning to limit the spread of COVID-19 while ensuring the continuity of our financial services to our membership.

At this time all of our locations will continue to operate with normal business hours, however, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with our online services in the event the outbreak reaches our community. If you are not currently enrolled in our online banking, you can do so today by giving us a call at (906) 786-7213. With online/mobile access to your accounts from home you’ll have the ability to perform a wide variety of transactions including:

  • Check Balances
  • View monthly statements
  • Pay bills using Bill Pay
  • Deposit checks though our mobile app
  • Transfer funds between accounts or individuals

Though your financial institution is the safest place for your money it’s always a good idea to keep some cash handy just incase. ATMs at all of our locations will remain in service for your convenience.

At this time, we ask that you please consider the health and safety of our team members as well as others in the community by utilizing our online services or phone services should you experience any flu-like symptoms.

Should governmental agencies require companies to close and/or employees to stay home we have implemented a plan for critical functions to continue operating remotely should it be necessary.
