As such, we are monitoring and following all guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including taking the steps necessary to reduce the threat of COVID-19 exposure to employees and members. During this time of uncertainty and change, Delta County Credit Union pledges to help meet the needs of those members affected by the coronavirus. We understand that the scope of impact may include areas outside of your control and our employees are ready to provide financial guidance and discuss solutions that may be available to you.

Mortgage Payment Relief

If you are having mortgage payment challenges, please complete and submit this application, along with the required documentation, to Delta County CU via mail: 2600 1st Ave S, Escanaba, MI 49829, fax: 906-786-9865, or email: mortgages@deltacountycu.com. We will contact you within five business days to acknowledge receipt and let you know if you need to send additional information or documents.

COVID-19 Assistance Loan

We’ve rolled out a new loan special to help those worried about making ends meet during this difficult time. You can now apply for a 5.00% APR* loan and make no payments for 90 days. For the application click here. Once we receive your application a member of Team DCCU will be in touch.

Skip-A-Payment program

Going forward we’re waving the application fee for our Skip-A-Payment program. If you’d like to skip your next payment, please fill out this form and a member of Team DCCU will be in touch.
