1. Now that we know the basics about you, it’s time to get personal! A member of Team DCCU will be contacting you asking things like where you work, how much you make, and we’ll also take a look at your credit history. Nobody’s perfect! So don’t worry if you don’t have excellent credit. We’ll take time to talk with you about your options and work on getting you the best rate!

2. We’ll talk about the loan that you are bringing over. We will need to know if you are purchasing or refinancing a loan from a different institution, and we’ll also ask for a VIN number, year, make, and model if applicable.

3. Now we’ll talk about the best rate we can give you and a monthly payment you’re happy with! Your interest rate will be determined by your past credit history, the length of the loan, and your collateral.

Step 3 – Get Financed!

Once your application is final and you’ve reviewed it, we’ll need your signature. You can choose to eSign for your loan right from your mobile device or you can come see us at the branch you prefer!

Once that’s taken care of, we’ll handle the rest! We will pay off your existing loan or credit card and move the loan over to us!
